Those in attendance: Mayor Wesley Clark; Trustees Joseph Lohret, Cher McCotter, Joanne McDowell; Water Commissioner Garry Robinson; and Clerk Joyann Stimpson.
Meeting called to order at 5:30 P.M.
Mayor addressed Board about getting the County emergency plan from William Cook, at this time the Village does not have an emergency plan of its own.
The Board addressed several issues concerning the Stiles House
-a tree was planted on the property
-the haunted house and car show were both very successful
-ACC would rather use ACS than the Stiles’ House
-was stated that the Stiles’ House no longer is of historical value
-the Village needs to have an accounting of donations given to the Stiles
Committee
-Trustees McCotter and McDowell to write up a survey for Village residents
asking for their opinion on the Stiles House
Board talked about possibly going back to Town Office building for monthly Board meeting now that the elections are over.
Commissioner Robinson gave his sewer and water reports and are attached to minutes.
Commissioner Robinson also gave Board the names of two archeological firms to start Phase One of the studies needed for the sewer project. Trustee McCotter made motion to allow Commissioner Robinson to contact Curtain Archeological Consulting to start process; Trustee McDowell seconded; all voted in favor of; motion carried.
Commissioner Robinson stated that he was sending the plans for of the new sidewalk to DOT and that they would have to sign off on them. He also stated that work would begin at the Bain residence to shut off water service and that DIG Safely had been notified.
Mayor told Board that meetings would continue being held at the Firehouse until March of 2012.
Trustee Lohret made motion to accept minutes from October meeting as written; Trustee McDowell seconded; all voted in favor of; motion carried.
Trustee McCotter made motion to allow Clerk to pay warrants for month of November; Trustee Lohret seconded; all voted in favor of; motion carried.
Trustee McCotter made motion to close meeting; Mayor seconded; all voted in favor of; motion carried.
